Matterport or Zillow 3D: Which One for Your Denver Listing
Mario Jesus Teran Isturiz · October 12, 2026
Agents ask us this one a lot: Zillow 3D or Matterport? Both come with everything in Ready2List — HDR photos, drone photos, a detailed floor plan, a dusk twilight cover and a personalized listing website — and photos are ready by 9 AM the next morning either way. The difference is the tour.
Zillow 3D
Ready2List + Zillow is $300 right now instead of $350. It is for agents who want more visibility without overthinking the package, and for listings that need a stronger online feel. We partnered with Zillow, so Zillow Showcase is available too.
Matterport
Ready2List + Matterport is $350. A 3D tour helps buyers understand the flow of the home before they walk in. It is the one that makes the most sense on larger homes and on unique layouts.
Larger homes
Homes over 4,000 square feet carry an extra fee: $75 with Zillow 3D and $100 with Matterport, because they need more photos, more time and a bigger floor plan.
Want both the tour and video
D' Legacy is $600 and includes Matterport or Zillow 3D, plus drone footage and a lifestyle video.
