Introducing our Ready2List Package
This package is designed to keep things simple and give you everything you need in one go. It includes everything from photos to floor plans and drone shots, so you don’t have to worry about adding anything extra. It’s all about showcasing the property beautifully while showing your sellers the value you bring.
You also don’t have to worry about choosing the number of photos—we’ll cover everything needed. The quantity depends on the size of the house, usually around 30 to 50 photos. It’s all about making things easy for you and delivering the best results.

Ideal for showcasing new or high-end homes with a full walkthrough or social media video (you can even star in it!). Includes everything from interior and drone photos to a Matterport 3D tour, floor plan, and twilight cover – plus the video!
Price: $600
For properties larger than 4,000 square feet, an additional fee of $150 will be applied.

Why the Additional Fee?
Here’s the thing—bigger homes take a bit more to bring out their best. The floor plan and Matterport services cost more for larger spaces, and to do it right, I usually end up taking more photos to showcase all the details. Plus, it simply takes more time to capture everything the way it deserves to be. It’s a small fee, but it ensures we deliver top-notch results every time!
