Drone, Video & Matterport: The Upgrades Denver Buyers Expect

Photos are the foundation — but for the right listing, drone, video, and 3D tours turn browsers into buyers. Here's when each one is worth it, and which package already includes it.

Drone and aerial photography

Perfect for homes with acreage, mountain views, proximity to parks, or large lots. Aerial shots give buyers context that ground-level photos can't.

Drone photos are not an add-on with us. They come in every package, starting with Ready2List at $250, together with HDR photos, a detailed floor plan, a dusk twilight cover and a personalized listing website. D' Legacy adds drone footage on top of the photos, for the video.

Listing video

A short cinematic walkthrough keeps buyers engaged longer and is ideal for social media and agent branding.

The LifeStyle Video is $300 as an add-on and is shot on the same visit as the photos. There are three ways to shoot it: the agent on camera with captions and transitions, a 3D effect version with more motion, or a clean walkthrough that shows the layout. If the agent is on camera, add $50 for the extra filming time and graphic captions. If you are not sure which one fits the listing, just ask.

Matterport and Zillow 3D tours

With many Denver buyers relocating from out of state, a Matterport tour lets them walk the home 24/7. It pre-qualifies serious buyers and cuts down on wasted showings.

Ready2List + Matterport is $350 and helps buyers understand the flow of the home before they walk in. Ready2List + Zillow is $300 right now instead of $350, with a Zillow 3D / Showcase option, for listings that need a stronger online feel. Both include everything in Ready2List.

All three in one package

D' Legacy is $600 and covers the whole listing: professional HDR photos, drone photos and footage, a floor plan, Matterport or Zillow 3D, a lifestyle video and a personalized listing website. Homes over 4,000 square feet carry an extra fee ($50 on Ready2List, $75 with Zillow 3D, $100 with Matterport, $150 on D' Legacy) because they need more photos, more time and a bigger floor plan.
