💲 Our Pricing
Like with our photography services, we try to keep things simple and transparent.
Right now, we offer a $1,700 introductory package that includes:

This price is our starting package, but we’re planning to adjust it to $1,850 starting next year to better cover things like truck expenses, consultations, and other costs.
We still believe $1,850 is a very competitive price, and we’re always open to negotiating depending on the listing’s size. For example, we recently staged a home in Aurora—about 3,800 sq ft—for $2,800, which included nearly the entire house.

We officially started staging just two months ago, and we’re already so grateful for the support we’ve received. We currently have four homes staged right now, and two of them are already under contract!
We also have a storage full of furniture, ready to go, so if you need staging, we can often start as soon as today—and get your photos done right away.
