Why the Additional Fee?
The thing is, houses over 4,000 sqft are big, so we’ll provide you with more photos. We know the MLS only allows 50 photos, but we consider this extra fee as peace of mind for both you and us—so we can include everything that needs to be covered without missing anything.
There are also some flat fees associated with larger properties, like the floor plan and Matterport, and of course, doing everything takes more time.
LifeStyle Videos
We increased our video price to $300 for a few reasons: we’ve been investing in better gear—4K cameras, the best gimbal (stabilizer) on the market, and cinematic wide lenses. Even though we believe it’s our responsibility to deliver the best quality possible, we've also seen an increase in the time and creativity required for each video. A lot of realtors (and we ourselves) have high expectations, so each video ends up being unique, with more attention to detail and a creative approach.
We still think our pricing is very competitive. We may lose some business due to the price increase, but we hope you understand the reasoning.
